Peppers Docklands Hotel Melbourne

The hotel is conveniently located near a stadium and has beautiful decor. The balcony rooms offer great views and the staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with comfortable robes and amenities, and the coffee maker is a nice touch. The large showers are enjoyable and the room service is lovely. One guest even received complimentary drinks as compensation for a TV remote issue.

The valet parking can be confusing and busy during check-in.

Convenient location near public transportation and entertainment venue. Clean and comfortable rooms with good soundproofing. Friendly and professional staff. Close to shops and restaurants. Beds and pillows provide a restful night's sleep.

The hotel provided an exceptional experience with luxurious amenities that exceeded my expectations. the restaurant, bar lounge area, private facilities, and sun terrace were all exclusive with exceptional service. the heated outdoor swimming pool was pristine with comfortable sun loungers to relax after a long day of exploring the city.

The only minor issue was with the service on check-out day, where I had to arrange the luggage trolley myself and was offered no staff assistance. it did not ruin my overall experience at the hotel.

The hotel had comfortable beds and bedding, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location was very convenient, with several shopping areas within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. The staff were friendly and organized, keeping us informed during an evacuation alarm. The rooms were large and well-maintained, with stylish and modern bathrooms.

The staff were amazing, polite, professional, and very helpful. The beds were comfortable with memory pillows. Great amenities, including a pool, gym, and Apelles products in the bathroom. The location was fantastic, close to Docklands and Harbour town, next to the stadium, and on a tram stop.

Peppers Docklands was the perfect choice for our stopover in Melbourne. The hotel's proximity to Marvel Stadium made it incredibly convenient for us to catch an AFL match with our two children. Being guests with disabilities, we appreciated the accessible facilities and amenities provided by the hotel. The staff were lovely and the rooms were fantastic, offering a comfortable bed and blackout curtains. The easy access to Docklands and the city, as well as the nearby tram stop, made exploring Melbourne a breeze. Highly recommended for an enjoyable stay!

I loved the heated outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sunshine.

this did not detract from my amazing experience and the exceptional service from the staff.

Great location near the tram, with easy access to attractions. Amazing view from the room and close to restaurants. Valet service was fantastic.

Check-in was a disaster with wrong room allocation. Chaos at the pool with no access cards available.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to Etihad Stadium. We had a great stay and the meals at the hotel were delicious. The staff was friendly and were pretty good too make us feel comfortable. We never felt awkward requesting anything. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
